Trauma Healing

Trauma Release Bodywork with Ginny

Traditional Javanese Healing Meets Embodied Emotional Release

In our bodies, we carry more than muscle and bone, we carry stories. Painful memories. Old heartbreaks. Suppressed anger, grief, and emotional trauma. These unprocessed experiences take root in the body, hiding in the fascia, nervous system, and breath. They show up as chronic tension, emotional numbness, sudden overwhelm, or physical pain that no doctor can explain.

After years of working with the body through sports massage, assisted stretching, and mobility therapy, We have felt to offer something deeper.

This is Trauma Release Bodywork.  A unique fusion of traditional Javanese healing and deep intuitive bodywork that creates space for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and soul-level transformation.

What Makes This Healing Different

This is not a typical massage. It is sacred, intentional work rooted in our Javanese lineage and blended with the energy of presence, breath, and deep intuitive connection. We focus on the areas where trauma nests: shoulders, hips, back, and neck. As the body opens, emotions often rise. Clients may cry, shake, laugh, burp or even purge through vomiting. This is not unusual. It’s part of the body’s natural healing intelligence.

Sometimes, we cry with you. We feel your energy, help you hold it, and guide it out of your system. We don’t just massage muscles, we hold space for your healing.

This work is precise, respectful, and intense. It asks courage from both of us. It can be painful but it is profoundly effective.

How It Works

Each session begins with a warm conversation to understand your boundaries, needs, and intentions. We tailor every treatment to what your body and soul are ready to release.

You may feel:

This is trauma healing through the body, guided by ancient wisdom and present-moment intuition.

Why It’s Priced Differently

Unlike a sports massage, this work demands emotional, physical, and energetic preparation. Each session includes time before and after to ground, clear, and reset. For both of us. You are not paying for an hour of touch, you’re investing in a sacred emotional detox held with full presence and care.

We offer only a limited number of these sessions per month to protect the integrity of the work and our shared energy.

What to Expect During a Trauma Healing Session

Visitors often arrive curious and unsure. We ease worries from the start with a warm introduction. The practice of trauma healing encourages a steady pace, so each person feels free to share boundaries.

If you feel called, if your body is asking for release, if your soul is whispering “it’s time” we welcome you.
