Standard’s OE-level expertise ensures a precise fit and long-lasting performance. Installation Notes: Not compatible with fuel injection or diesel systems using in-tank fuel pumps. Valve must be located between the fuel tanks and the fuel pump. Not for marine applications. Maximum vacuum: 8 PSI. Operates in ambient temperatures from -40°F to +180°F. Install in a horizontal position on a chassis rail using lock washers for grounding. Use fuel filters on both tanks before the valve to prevent debris damage. Fuel Flow: De-energized: Main tank to fuel pump Energized: Auxiliary tank to fuel pump Electrical Notes: Includes dash-mounted toggle switch wiring instructions. Requires a 1-amp fused connection to accessory power. Proper grounding and corrosion prevention (grease at connections) are recommended.
